Backed by premier financial institutions in Spain through strategic agreements: BBVA, Bankinter, Unicaja, etc. and other key players in the Spanish market, Bit2Me will carry out its international expansion across Europe in the upcoming months.
Your role: As a Corporate Strategy Intern within the Operations BU, you won't be observing from the sidelines. You will gain on-hands experience, real ownership and first-hand exposure by helping us build the strategy framework and infrastructure, behavioral economics analysis and Agentic AI / automatization engines to carry out our expansion across the EU. Operations solves large, complex and at scale challenges to improve operational efficiency and deliver growth across areas, this is a zero-to-one role for a builder who thinks like a consultant and executes like an engineer. You'll support us through:
- EU Expansion: Support on GTM strategy and execution, getting hands-on with market entry and regulatory analysis across the EU
- Market Research Architecture: Analyze the user psychology to architect product journeys that drive high-velocity adoption and long-term retention
- AI & Automation Engineering: Directly build AI-driven workflows to automate competitive intelligence and ensure lean operational scaling as we expand
- RevOps Alignment: Streamline the intersection of Product and Growth (B2C / B2B) to optimize the conversion funnel and drive scalable revenue efficiency
- Cross-Functional Operational Support: Identify and eliminate internal process bottlenecks, designing streamlined workflows to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency across all business units

Candidate profile:
- Academic & Professional Background: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields) with 2+ years of experience in high-growth or corporate environments
- Targeted Background: Prior exposure to strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment banking is highly preferred
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive, high-performance environment across all organizational levels
- Strategic Autonomy: Demonstrated capacity to take full ownership of independent workstreams and drive them to completion
- Adaptive Resilience: Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape
- Analytical Rigor: Sharp problem-solving skills rooted in quantitative analysis and first-principles thinking
- Market Proficiency: Strong command of financial instruments, ranging from traditional stocks and derivatives to digital assets, enabling insightful analysis and strategic decision-making
- Languages: Spanish fluency is essential, with strong English written and communication skills
